My 25 years in public accounting grounded me in an understanding of the importance of culture and systems in a wide range of businesses. Since I left that career in 2005, I have been immersed in studying human and leadership development, business and effective leadership theory, and integral coaching. I bring compassion, intuition, and wisdom to my work, which incorporates mind, body, heart and soul in the context of culture, community and the natural world. With my deep business knowledge, I offer structures and support for sustainable personal and professional change and transformation.
