Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
-Mary Oliver
There are times in every life when the path is unclear. Perhaps there is no path visible. Perhaps there are several, and you don’t know which to follow. Perhaps you are facing significant life changes, or tough choices. Maybe you’re in a life transition; feeling out of balance, knowing that there is something that calls you, but you can’t quite hear it. Most likely, you long for better alignment between your daily life and your deeper values.
Upheavals, illness, loss and difficulties in life can leave us in pain and suffering, or we can grow and transform personally to see ourselves, and the world, in a new light. We can remain stuck in old patterns or learn to bring ourselves into the world in a new, positive, meaningful way. We can choose to live life more fully and intentionally. And if we choose to transform our ways of seeing and being, it’s hard to get there alone; it just feels so complicated - and in these times a coach can help.
As a coach, my desire is to offer you a place of respite, a safe and calm haven while all around you seems chaotic. I will listen to you, listen some more, and keep listening. I will use what I learn from you to help you consider new possibilities, new practices, and new ways of framing your world. And together we’ll create plans of action and accountability, while you keep learning and developing new capacities. Our work together will come to an end when you have found your own compass to follow in pursuit of what you want to create in your life.
